Sync base library updates

Sync with latest libraries to provide:

• Comments in all tag rule based filters and highlights. Essentially now you can add notes or anything really to each tag rule for future reference.
• A better, more prominent UI resize button.

  I have removed the manual gallery opening chunk and delay options in favour of a regime that works for everyone. To rehash, this allows opening galleries while retaining a higher resolution than 1280x for downloading.

• Downloading Images (Automatic & Manual) (Experimental*)

  This is a two pronged implementation. A global setting that automates downloading and a manual, click to download button. Both work on image pages and save the image into a folder named after the gallery. Beware that the auto option will not allow you to use the manual option as it disables the UI.

Note: Currently there are no cleanup filters for incompatible file names, I will add them as I use it.

Added feature: filter galleries already rated by yourself, all or by colour (For more info about rating colours, check site settings)

Added controls to chunk wise opening of gallery pages and delays between chunks to workaround site connection timeouts in peak hours or when users have slower internet connections.

• Fixed selector resolution in compact layouts

Support for compact search layouts that show fewer or no gallery tags - there will be a slight delay in filtering as a consequence.

Filter watched galleries from normal search results

Fixed settings sync across tabs. It was forcing config to reset to saved values on tab change regardless of whether a change had occurred in another tab.

• Script is now disabled on image pages.
• Torrents embed feature is disabled when there are no torrents.

Torrents popup can now be embedded inside the gallery page above comments section.
