- Minimal: adds icon (hover for time)

Highlights viewed galleries
- Use 'CSS' button to set a custom style
Buttons to import/export data

Notes

Removed gallery hiding feature
- Use new flagging system + E-H Better Gallery Hiding instead
Localstorage can not be shared between E-Hentai and ExHentai
Clearing browser data can include localstorage, that's what import/export are for
