msgpack backup
msgpack was deleted due to: Report #21144.
Appeal submitted by the author:
the script is just a library to encode data, which is exactly what msgpack is for (license is specified in the description, but i just added the @license meta key)
As a result of this appeal, a moderator undeleted this script.
