Fixes:

Incomprehension of the new Pixiv URL form
Missing protocol thanks to browsers' being "user-friendly"
Incomprehension of artwork URLs from Pixiv, Tumblr and Twitter; only accepting user page URL.
Incomprehension of mobile Twitter pages, for those who like disabling Javascript.
