Adds a fullscreen button to browser-based versions of Magicami. Akisa best girl!
Adds a fullscreen button under the game container.
Enable by clicking the button - disable by hitting the escape key on your keyboard.
Should(!) work on all browser-based versions (dmm, johren, nutaku) of the game.

Be advised that this will increase the work load on your graphics card.
The quality/level of smoothness depends on the zoom level of your browser page: the lower the zoom level, the smoother the result. (Typically, you can adjust the browser page zoom with the ctrl++ and ctrl+- key combinations or using your mouse scroll wheel while holding down the ctrl key on your keyboard.)
Be careful with decreasing the page zoom too far. While decreasing it will improve the smoothness of the end result, it also increases the computation load. Depending on your system, a base zoom level from 50% to 100% is recommended.
Note that increasing the browser page zoom past 100% will impact the visual result negatively!
Occasionally, the aspect ratio of the game frame might change when activating fullscreen mode. If that happens, simply leave and re-enter fullscreen mode until the game frame is displayed correctly.
Known bugs:
- News, etc. in Notices tab don't show.
- Gacha draw animations look funky.
