1. Enable cookies.
2. Don't use the All pages view that the site already has. Use one page view.
If that doesn't work give links.
I may add support for all pages view in the next update.

Kissmanga problems
Trying it across a few random series and it never works. The start button disappears and then instead of loading up the pages 1 by 1 with the grey background it just looks the same as before, and therefore adds no download button.
