Adds upvote and downvote button on the left and right sides of tags in EH Gallery to allow faster and easier tag voting.

Not working anymore.
Doesn't seem to be working anymore. I haven't changed or done anything to the script, so it's nothing I've done. At least the green Up-vote & red Down-vote aren't working anymore, even if you click were they used to be.
