added global list sync

If you are not a mod, it highlights messages that would get silenced by the script now. that way you can determine if there are new usernames that shoudl get added to the list.

double header fix

now automatically should silence most of the bi curious bots. i will try to update the list, when i see a new name

added auto check for mod

automatically detects on room enter if you are a mod and adds the buttons then. else it doesnt add

added exclude for homepage and if the site is in a different language it should work too now
