I don't think your patch correctly addresses the issue, yes, it did click the "continue to image" button, but to some image, the site needs to confirm your age, this script didn't perform click for that button. It only display the thumbnail which displayed after 1st button clicking.

it loads /upload/small/ and turns into /upload/big/.

Maybe we should try another rule to this site (so that it would work for all).

Made it with another rule so just big image would be matched, should work now.
