Creates a sidebar button to download the currently playing gif in the currently selected quality.
Found the issue; Tampermonkey and Violentmonkey have different timing of when they load the script. New update makes it's more compatible and to make sure they both load when they're supposed to.
Doesn't work on Chrome with Tampermonkey
