Adds sort and filter buttons to Gelbooru search: by score, random, period, rating and size. No tag syntax needed.

    • The bar shows up as soon as the search box loads instead of after the whole page, so results no longer jump down
    • Period lookups remember what they've seen: repeat lookups usually take 1 request instead of 4–6 and read only part of each page
    • "Day" refreshes every 15 minutes and "Year" once a day (was a fixed 3 hours)
    • A period lookup starts while you hover it and gives up after 10 seconds instead of hanging
    • Chrome and Edge preload a menu choice while you hover it
