Does it happen only in private shows? It mutes audio only in recorded file or on site stream too?
Make sure stream sound is enabled and volume set to 100% before starting recording. It will record video without audio if stream is muted while starting recording.
What browser do you use?
It's great, improves experience so much, thanks. There's a bug that I find whenever I try to record a pvt show and click on the button, it mutes audio and I cannot unmute it unless I open that same model on a new tab (cause if I refresh it'd stop recording) and also I'm lately getting randomly disconnected when recording privates, could it be because I have to streams at the same time? one for recording and other to watch/listen? which alternatives there are to record pvt shows? I can get disconnected from show like 3 or 4 times each pvt which is very unpleasant for me and the model.
