Just wanted to let you know this dumb bug is still alive. Never ran into it on Chrome, but noticed that it happens a lot in Vivaldi. Thought it was their issue until I saw the comment. Along with no navigation history, if you refresh any of the tabs they will 403.
Finally, for some reason, the tabs that do have a back button can't be triggered by a trackpad gesture, but that one's not your problem.
Anyway, everything else is normal.
