Gives script authors the ability to delete comments and threads

I have a thread under one my scripts that's getting inundated with spam.

I'd like to delete those comments. But I would also like to be able to delete a thread if the entire thing is spam.

Could you add this?

The main reason this feature is absent is to prevent the authors from freely deleting the negative reviews. Simply report the spam using the "flag" link.

P.S. I've deleted the spam messages.
