If e-doujin refers to https://e-hentai.org, then the script is already supported. If it refers to https://ehentaimanga.com, you just need to switch to Full Page to use the simple reading mode.
This extension is honestly very good, i like the translation aspects if it is possible will more sites be added in the future (I.e Hitomi.la, e-doujin etc)
