Nothing in the recent updates would delete visited history, as that would indicate a large database structure change. In the past, when I've done database structure updates, I've left in transition coding that migrates older database structure to the new structure. Something that comes to mind is possibly clearing browser history/cookies, since it is possible to delete the IndexedDB stores when clearing browser data. I've had the auto-backups in the to-do list for a while now, so that'll probably be the next major update for this script.
for some reason, the recent update (or maybe something I did) killed all my visited history, sad.
