Doesn't work for me either. I can still click the post and see the tags for it, but the content itself does not show up. I'm not sure if you tested modifications to the script, but maybe you could somehow remove the blocked_artist tag from the tag list and then call for the content. It seems as though the tags can still be accessed but not the content, and this makes it seem like it checks for the tags first, then decides whether or not to relay the content depending on if blocked_artist is in the tag list.
