Camwhores.tv Evolution

This script adds useful features for camwhores.tv site. They can be configured with the help of the button in the bottom right corner.

Additionally, this features are extended by default:
- Show back/next button
- Show total results and pages for each list
- Show uploaded video count of user inside friend request
- Show download button on video page

Options	Description
extendItemInformation	Extend videos in list views with additional Information, like the uploader name and if its a friend
removeLocked	Removes all private videos of non-friends from the liew views
infiniteScroll	Converts the pagination to infinite scroll
muteVideoOnLoad	Mutes a video initially
customStyles	Adds some UI style changes
