Adds full screen lightbox feature (with preloading) for imagefap galleries. Just click on image thumbnail from the category or homepage.

Some Ad update on Imagefap causes script to crash while loading in 5/24. Figured out AdBlock extension needs to be on in order to block ads that crash script.
