I had not run into this before because GreaseMonkey works that way by default.

[Bug Report] Script Runs in Iframes
Issue: Script runs in all iframes when you navigate from a full image back to the #dnr page. The script highjacks the frames and injects the full image. I have only noticed this on Pixiv, but it probably happens everywhere.
Client: Firefox version 77.0.1 (64-bit) macOS version 10.15.5 (19F101)
Fix: Add @noframes.
This is easily the best script for full image redirection out there, so even the bug report gets a "Good" rating.
