500 Error When Publishing Script Update
Update: I attempted to publish v2.28.2 again, but it still failed with a 500 error. However, I then successfully published v2.28.3 (which is even larger at 1,048,734 bytes) without any issues.
It appears the error has resolved itself, though it might be related to submitting scripts around 1MB in size. Nevertheless, I'm glad to be able to publish updates again :)
The only recent error I see is an issue when the request is too large in a specific way. I can see there has been a fix released recently related to this error. I've updated the library, so maybe it won't happen again for you.

I successfully published v2.28.1 last night (UTC+8). However, when attempting to publish v2.28.2 just now, the process fails with a 500 error.
Note: The script file for v2.28.2 is approximately 1MB in size (1,048,175 bytes on Windows NTFS, saved with UTF-8 encoding). Could this be the cause?
