Partially fade/remove non-english, HQ thumbnails, mark as read, subs, version grouping etc.
I assume you mean the "More Like This" section? Yeah that was an oversight. Should be fixed now.
Other than that I'm not sure what you mean by "recommendations section".

I absolutely love this script I have been using it for quite some time and I feel like it use to show your read books in the recommendations section and not just the main page. Forgive me if I am mistaken about this if this is not a feature it would be great if it showed that and if it was a feature in the past it no longer seems to be working for me I have a large number of read books if that could be causing an issue.
