Can't change HTML-or-markdown decision for past changelogs
It's pretty uncommon to make a mistake here so I don't really want to develop a feature to do it, but if you can point out the specific version you want changed, I can make the fix manually.

My changelog now has one update in markdown and one in HTML, because I forgot to change the radio button before posting. It's harmless; it just looks careless. Maybe allow this to be changed after the fact.
