What a coincidence, I also have latest updated Greasemonkey and also use Firefox Quantum, all installs and works fine.
Are you perhaps clicking not "Install" button here https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/109-handy-image ?
Are other userscripts installing fine for you? Because installation is done by greasemonkey not by the script itself, script has nothing to do with installation actually.
Nevermind, it's Greasemonkey's fault. With Tampermonkey it works fine.

We posted at the same time. It's GreaseMonkey's fault. I use the green install button always by the way.
Doesn't seem to isntall.
Using the latest updated Greasemonkey, HandyImage doesn't seem to install. I also use Firefox Quantum. So that's the problem I have now, won't install.
