Partially fade/remove non-english, HQ thumbnails, mark as read, subs, version grouping etc.

I might make a proper language filtering option at some point, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
In the meantime, here's a workaround: Languages are also tags, so you could use the tag blocking system to block chinese and whatever other languages you want. I also just added an option to just partially fade blocked tags instead of removing them.
How to show both Japanese and English but not Chinese? Please consider adding language selection in the settings. Or tell me how to change the script. Thank you.
