Sleazy Fork

I noticed a userscript (this one) saying it requires something else (an adblocker) for it to work as expected and I'm wondering if that's against Greasy Fork's policy or if its okay to publish scripts like that

I don't have a problem with specifically requiring a common, free piece of software. If that other software required payment, or could easily have been part of the user script itself, then it I might have a different opinion.
