[SOLVED] IMDB namer

This is a script I used alot and it has since stopped working on my end. Not sure if it is something on my end or if IMDB did some changes. Can someone have a look at this and maybe see if it can be fixed or replaced?

What it does is grab the IMDB link and then adds the title of it to the side of the link.
