I'm not an expert, but that looks like you havn't installed the script correctly but downloaded it.
You need an browser extention that enables user scripts for it to work (TemperMonkey for example)
After that you can open this webpage in the browser and navigate to info -> install script
If you open hentai/harem heroes afterwards the script loads automatically.

I have an issue with the script, it doesn't run because have an error but i don't know how to solve it or where it is
