Restore removed galleries to a more informative state.

Able to generate metadata JSONs in three formats:

Eze Format
E-Hentai Downloader Format
Gallery-DL Format

Potentially generates functioning *.torrent links, however if the removed gallery had a parent, these links likely will not work.

Based off of dnsev's Gallery Resurrect script that apparently is broken.
