Whole words & phrases is the default matching mode. Excluding cat keeps category, and excluding art keeps party. Use Contains text when you want matches inside longer words.
Separate terms with commas or new lines. Without commas or new lines, spaces separate unquoted words; quotes group a phrase. For example:
preview, WIP, "work in progress"A post is excluded if any excluded term matches. Included terms can require all or any matches. Phrase matching handles repeated whitespace and separators such as dashes, so "work in progress" also matches work-in-progress. Capitalization and common Unicode variants are normalized, while accents remain significant. Filter input is literal text, not regular expressions.
Choose which text to inspect: post titles, visible card text, or titles and post bodies. Title filtering requires no extra detail requests. Body and archive checks reuse metadata and report unverified posts separately.
Additional requests made by Power Tools share one queue, with caching and duplicate-request prevention to reduce unnecessary traffic. Choose a minimum quiet interval after each response finishes:
HTTP 429 and temporary 502, 503, and 504 responses trigger increasing retry delays. The script respects Retry-After, displays a countdown, and attempts up to two automatic retries. Persistent errors pause loading with partial results intact. Cooldowns survive reloads and are shared across Pawchive tabs; supported browsers also coordinate requests across tabs using Web Locks.
Infinite scrolling loads one native page at a time and includes a manual Load next 50 posts button. Automatic loading pauses when there are no visible matches and at each 1,000-post checkpoint, giving you control over further loading.
Filter and sort the creator directory, or discover creators through matching post titles, bodies, and comments within a selected search range. Creator searches use the same text matcher and request queue, and stop when you leave the page.
Creator tabs and native pagination remain visible when larger batches are selected. Version 2 fixes the older behavior that hid the entire top pagination container, including its tabs, and protects native tab links against common delayed hiding changes. Controls are rebound after page swaps and history restoration.
If you are updating an older version, replace the existing script rather than enabling two copies. Settings are saved in your browser.
