V12.3.0 版本在 iPad Safari 上使用 stay 完全失效了

我这边用 iphone 测试没有问题。完全失效是什么意思？在支持网站上 stay 菜单里没有脚本？所有网站都失效了？

就是完全没反应，和没安装一样，刚刚我升级最新的 12.3.1 就恢复了
