Hello!
I found that this is not the only script that "gets enabled"after i refresh the page that I'm on.
I have tried https://sleazyfork.org/en/scripts/485358-find-this-image-on-saucenao/post-install and it has the same behavior.
I don't know if it's an issue on my side or if there is something going on with Firefox and Violentmonkey.

I just tried out this script and I have managed to make it work only by refreshing the page that I'm on.
If I click one of the posts, when the post opens, the carousel can still be seen until I refresh the page, then it disappears, but that means I would have to refresh every page that I access in order for the carousel to disappear.
I'm using Firefox on latest update with Violentmonkey.
