Does following these steps (https://www.tampermonkey.net/faq.php#Q209) not provide any help to you at all? Even with Allow User Scripts toggled on?
For whatever reason, my chrome will not allow userscripts to work. Even with developer mode turned on. Tampermonkey still keeps saying I need to turn on developer mode, even though it is turned on.
