Tip: You can use a extension to modify the content-type to attachment, so images are auto downloaded

I often open many images and only later look at them to see if I want to save them to disk or not. Chrome has an annoying behavior of redownloading the image if the user try to save it long after opening it on a tab. So to bypass that, I used an extension to modify the content-type of the images to attachment, so they are auto downloaded and I can check on them later and delete what I don't want. Hope this helps if you are in a similar situation.
