Adding Like and Like Ratio bars, BlackList, and FavList.

"Like" bar is implemented so that you can check the number easily.
Also, "Like Ratio" bar implemented, which shows you how often watchers hit the like button.
In addition, NG words (black list) function is implemented.
The correspondent entries will be faded or disappeared.
Emphasis words function can be also used.
Your faviorite authors will stand out.
Please make sure to copy the settings to somewhere before updating.
As you see, the blacklist and the other settings are typed in the code directly.
I think some may favor it.
