Unlock Hath Perks and add other helpers

It's easy to implement but hard on UX.
There is an example: This script highlight the background with bright color (https://imgur.com/a/cuRxI) for "highlighting functionality" but make my eye hurt especially turn on "Full Width" (3 * 8 in different bright color background and colorful covers) ...
I have no confidence to do both highlighting and good UX by my color sense.
If you have other good idea or design that keep both, I can try to implement the style.
Highlight gallery by Tags
Right now is possible hide galleries by tags which is pretty convenient, but how about a highlighting functionality?
