Unlock Hath Perks and add other helpers

給沒有 Hath 的人用的 Hath Perks。
僅支援以下瀏覽器：
沒什麼特別的，用 uBlock Origin 也可以作到差不多效果。
此功能會覆蓋官方的 Tag Flagging 功能，推薦使用官方的(如果有的話)。
打開後下面會多一些輸入框和一個開關，輸入框用來打 tags 的，開關是控制隱藏搜尋結果的封面預覽。
