Adds the Live timer (if one is set) to the navigation bar
Adds a blacklist for alerts, follow an author without getting every quest notification
Adds navigation bar based buttons to hide chat for the current page and hide chat for that quest entirely
Added manual blacklist button, to blacklist from within a quest.

Attempted to add a timestamp save and return function. Failed, remnants remain. They do nothing.
