几个月前的事，jable的锅，当时番号有后缀-c，只搜番号搜不出来的。
看了下，现在他家带中文字幕还是没标注，还以此番号为例，没标注“字幕”
1.1.16 版本处理 jable 字幕问题
搜索番号后加个通配符之类的
如有空格，-C等等都不显示
