E-Hentai/EXHentai Picture Responsivly Scaling

E-hentai does not scale pictures according to the height of browser on PC, which causes difficulties in viewing long pictures. This plugin fixes this.

When reading long single-page comic/manga, this plugin might need to be turned off.

Thanks to @Firegem's suggestion, a button that allows the user to save the current scaling factor as the default scaling factor has been added. The saved scaling factor will be shared between galleries.

Thanks to @lyyyyyy1's suggestion, a toolbox that allows adjustment of the scaling factor has been added. The toolbox may be used to adjust the image height after scaling responsively according to the browser height.
