12/13後 exhentai無法正常加載大圖

e-hentai.org和exhentai.org的PC端呈現預覽縮圖的方式不同，卡在取得時錯誤所以報錯了。
e-hentai.org和exhentai.org的移動端相同，20張預覽縮圖是同一張再用style確定每張的顯示範圍，需要切割預覽圖來給Fancybox用，關閉Fancybox就不做切割的動作。
由於處於帳號登入狀態下會加載原圖fullimg還有配額限制，所以改成手動插入大圖了，需要對圖示按右鍵或按1來插入大圖。
線上看又下載將會消耗2倍的配額
剛剛測試可行，相比之前多了按"1"的步驟。
