Improved Chub.ai (Card Title Links, Styling, and Pagination)

-Makes card titles into actual links you can, for example, open in new tabs, also makes the title yellow if you've already visited the card page.
-Adds pagination at the bottom (for the main page and the search results), allowing you to know which page number you're on, quickly jump to a different page, go back to the first page, etc.
-Makes the scrollbar for the tags a bit thicker so that you don't need neurosurgeon steady hands to click on it.
