Harem list features - Top / Bottom & Pop-up List of Girls not available

In Google Chrome, I am not seeing the Harem list features - Top / Bottom & Pop-up List of Girls. I love the other features, although I have no idea how to re-watch affection scenes.

Is this a bug or a limitation of Google Chrome? I am running on a Mac.
