Resurrect E/Ex gallery listings
Restore removed galleries to a more informative state.
Able to generate metadata JSONs in three formats:
Integrated x-search-links to allow for viewing on other aggregation sites
Potentially generates functioning *.torrent links, as well as magnet links however if the removed gallery had a parent, these links likely will not work.
Based off of dnsev's Gallery Resurrect script that apparently is broken.
