You don't need to do anything aside from setting the correct configuration in the UI.
It is working fine for me, so I would like a screenshot of what you are seeing and a description of what you perceive as not working.
As an example, I have attached a working example. Also another pic to show where to click to open the UI.

Not sure if it is due to my color blindness. I totally did not see that Settings Dot.

It does not work. My UI looks the same. The script seems to be enabled but nothing changes.
What am I supposed to see to know that the script is working?
