A script for cataloging tags for ease of use on e621

Improvements from v1.5 → v1.9
v1.6 — highlighting and group work
Rubber-band selection of tags with the mouse over an empty area of the panel (Shift/Ctrl — add to selection).
Group dragging: dragging ⠿ of one selected tag — all selected tags are dragged; when you move to another category, duplicates are skipped with a notification.
The collapse button has been moved to the upper-right corner and has become small and inconspicuous (" / ").
#ffffff in color picker now means "no color" (removes coloring).
Bulk-panel at the bottom for the selected ones: "colorize", "remove color", "deselect". The individual color of the tag takes precedence over the color of the category.
v1.7 — sticky cap and smart insert
The search and tag creation string are fixed at the top — they don't leave when scrolling through the list (position: sticky).
A new tag can be inserted under the highlighted one: if an tag is highlighted, the new one is added immediately after it (and not at the end), shifting the order of the subsequent ones.
If an tag from another category is highlighted, a small warning toast is shown, and the tag is added to the end (not blocked).
v1.8 — Design edits
The collapse button is built into the common row with "+ category / export / import" — without absolute positioning, compact.
The "Check mark — add..." hint bar is stretched across the entire width of the container (the ugly indentation on the right has disappeared).
v1.9 — Category logic, inline hint, color inheritance
When creating "under highlighted", the category selector is ignored.: The tag is created in the category of the last selected tag. Without highlighting, it works as before (by selection).
.hint became display: inline (wrapped in .hint-wrap for the background/frame).
The new tag inserted under the highlighted one inherits the effective anchor color (tag.color || category.color). If there is no color, it is not colored.
